Mike LaRoque worked for three industry-leading recruiting agencies, successfully placing hundreds of candidates in a variety of roles spanning Technology, Operations, and Administrative sectors. After more than 10 successful years in the dynamic field of Talent Acquisition, Mike founded Redan Search Partners to combine his passion for recruiting with a mission to assist small and medium-sized businesses in hiring the highest quality talent available in the country, while also helping industry professionals pursue their career aspirations and dreams.
His ultimate goal is to deliver the highest caliber of talent to Redan Search Partners’ clients, enabling these organizations to grow successfully and provide exceptional products and services for both their businesses and their customers.
