Principal & Founder
Mike LaRoque started his Golf professional career at an early age as Outside Staff where his grandfather and uncles learned the game of golf. After obtaining his Business Degree, Mike went on to Rutgers University to earn a degree in Turfgrass Management and completed internships at Alotian Golf Club and Hayfields Country Club. Throughout the next few years, he worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Anne Arundel Manor and Country Club at Woodmore.
While forging a new career path, Mike discovered Talent Acquisition. On this new path, Mike worked for three industry-leading Recruiting Agencies placing hundreds of candidates in Technology, Operations, and Administrative roles.
After over 10 successful years in Golf and Talent Acquisition, Mike created Redan Search Partners to bring his passion for Golf and Recruiting together to help golf organizations hire the best talent in the country and industry professionals pursue their dreams.
His goal is to deliver the highest quality of talent to Redan Search Partners clients so they can successfully grow and provide the best product and services for their organization and customers.
